It's a Fetoid film for sure, and it features composting toilets, corporate nonsense, and an ensemble of desperate jobseekers.

This film was made in 48 hours by a group of amateur filmmakers who do all sorts of mundane or interesting things for their day jobs. Fetoids get together twice a year to make a time-boxed short film and enjoy each other's weird company.
